Forgotten Password

Passwords are stored in encrypted form, and we cannot view or change your password. If you can't log in because you forgot your password, you will need to create a new password by tapping the Reset Password button in the app. You will need access to the e-mail that you used to create your account.

1. At the login screen on any of our apps, tap Log In.
2. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account.
3. Tap the Reset Password button. This sends a verification code to the e-mail associated with your account.
4. Enter the verification code and a new password where prompted, then tap Submit.
5. The password will be changed, and you will be logged in to the app. You may be required to log in using the new password.

IMPORTANT

Passwords cannot be reset for unconfirmed accounts. You must first confirm your account by entering the six digit verification code when prompted when creating the account. If your account was created by a flight school, you must enter the temporary password in the welcome email sent by your flight school.

To reset your password you must have access to the e-mail associated with the account, as explained in this support article, it is not possible to look up the e-mail associated with your account because it is the only unique identifying information collected during account creation.

Did Not Receive Verification Code

Cannot reset password for the user as there is no registered/verified email or phone_number
Error requesting password reset: The operation couldn't be completed.

These error messages are displayed when the account has not been confirmed. Passwords may not be reset for unconfirmed accounts.

• If you created the account using one of our apps, log in using your credentials, then enter the verification code that will be sent to your email address at that time.
• If your account was created by a flight school, please follow the instructions in the welcome email sent by your school to log in. If you no longer have access to the welcome email, please contact your organization for assistance.
