Deactivated Account

If you received a notification that your account has been deactivated, the message will include one of the following reasons:

Missing Score Report

Your account was deactivated because we did not receive your FAA score report within 15 days of the date your endorsement was issued. To reactivate your account, submit your score report using the “Submit Score Report” button included in the endorsement email. Note: It may take up to 1 business day to regain access after submission.

If you did not take the knowledge test, reply to the endorsement email to let us know, or request a new endorsement by tapping the “Request Endorsement” button in that email. Your account will be reactivated within 1 business day.

Inactivity

For security reasons, accounts associated with third-party organizations may be deactivated after 90 days of inactivity. Please contact your organization’s administrator to reactivate your account.

Graduated / Withdrawn / End of Employment

Your organization has deactivated your account due to graduation, withdrawal, or the end of your employment term. Please contact your organization’s administrator for reactivation options.

Account Maintenance

Your account has been temporarily deactivated so we can perform maintenance or investigate a support-related issue. Access will be restored once maintenance is complete.

Terms of Service

Your account has been suspended due to a violation of our terms of service. Reactivation depends on the nature of the violation. Please contact us for further details.
