User Does Not Exist Error

This error appears when you attempt to log in with an email address that is not associated with any FlightReady account. If you see this message, the email address you entered does not exist in our system.

To resolve this error, make sure you are using the correct email address linked to your account. Many users have multiple email addresses, and the account may be tied to a different one—such as a work or school email. You can try logging in with other addresses you may have used. Please note that we cannot look up email addresses, but there are other ways to find the email associated with your account.

If you started using FlightReady before May 2017, you likely do not have a current account. In that case, tap "Create Account" to set up a new FlightReady account.

If you are certain that you created an account with this email address, double-check for typos. Common errors, such as entering "@gmoil.com" instead of "@gmail.com", will prevent login.
