Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales of training courses purchased on our web store are considered final, and are non-refundable. However, we recognize that there may be extenuating circumstances where a refund or exchange may be appropriate.

NOTE: If you purchased an app or other digital content on the App Store, the seller is Apple, and the purchase is governed by Apple's terms and conditions of sale. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made from Apple.

FlightReady Web Store

If your purchase was made on our web store, refunds are limited to a fraudulent purchase or inability to use the product due to technical problem that we cannot resolve. We will permit an exchange in cases where the incorrect course was purchased, provided that the request is made within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase date and less than 25% of the course has been completed.

In determining whether a refund or exchange is appropriate in other cases, we will consider the following factors:

• The reason for the request.
• Length of time since purchase.
• The extent of usage of the product.

When contacting us to request a refund or exchange, please indicate the product you purchased, the purchase date, and the reason for the request. If you purchased the wrong course, we will apply the purchase price to the correct course, and refund the difference if any.

Apple App Store

Apps and content purchased on the App Store are sold by Apple, and subject to Apple's terms and conditions of sale. Apple's refund policy limits refunds to accidental purchases, fraudulent charges, and technical problems that prevent use of the purchased app. You must request a refund directly from Apple via the App Store app in your iOS device.

Why are purchases non-refundable?

Our training courses are digitally-delivered services, and unlike physical goods, there is nothing that can be "returned" once the purchaser has downloaded the course and received the training.

In addition, we offer a free trial for all of our courses, so that a prospective purchases can take a few lessons and determine whether the course suits their needs and is compatible with their devices.

Most courses for FAA certification also include a money-back guarantee. If the purchaser does not pass the FAA exam on the first attempt, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
