Money Back Guarantee

Your purchase of a qualifying ground school course includes a money-back guarantee. If you do not pass the FAA knowledge test on the first attempt, we will refund what you paid for the course, provided that the following requirements are met:

• Applies only to courses for FAA certificates and ratings that require the applicant to pass an FAA knowledge test administered an FAA-authorized testing center such as PSI. [1]
• You must complete the FlightReady course for that certificate or rating. The requirements are presented when the course is started, and can be reviewed by tapping Course Requirements.
• If an endorsement is required to take the FAA knowledge test, you received an endorsement from a FlightReady instructor that certifies you are prepared to take the knowledge test. [2]
• You must have paid for the course. We will not issue refunds to students who received the course from their flight school or employer, for example.
• You must provide us with a copy of the official score report from the test center indicating a first-time failure. Subsequent failures of the same exam do not qualify.
• If eligible for a refund, the refund will be for the amount that was charged to your credit card. For Apple App Store purchases, the refund will be issued via check.

[1] Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor, and Remote Pilot. Courses for Canadian certificates of ratings are not eligible.
