Inactive Account
If your login screen says your account is inactive, the message should include a reason and, when available, instructions from the organization or administrator who deactivated the account. Your password may still be correct, but access is blocked until the account is reactivated.
Account Maintenance
Your account may be temporarily locked while an administrator performs account maintenance, resolves a support issue, or reviews your access. Follow the instructions shown on the login screen. If no instructions are provided, contact the organization that created your account.
Excessive Course Failures
Some organizations deactivate accounts after repeated course failures so an instructor or training manager can review your progress before you continue. Contact your instructor, training manager, or flight school administrator for the next steps.
End of Employment, Graduation, or Withdrawal
If your account was created by a school, employer, or training organization, access may be removed when your employment, enrollment, or training relationship ends. Contact that organization if you believe your access should be restored.
Inactivity
Accounts associated with third-party organizations may be deactivated after an extended period of no use. Contact your organization administrator and ask them to reactivate your account.
Invalid Email Address
If emails to your account are rejected as undeliverable, your account may be deactivated until a valid email address is available. Contact us or your organization's administrator to update your email address before trying to log in again.
Missing FAA Score Report
If you received a knowledge test endorsement through FlightReady, your account may be deactivated if the required FAA score report was not submitted. Use the score report submission instructions from your endorsement email, or contact your instructor or training organization for help.
Terms of Service Violation
Accounts may be permanently suspended for violations of the FlightReady terms of service. If you believe this was done in error, contact us and include the message shown on the login screen.
Other
An administrator may deactivate an account for another reason. The login screen may include a custom message with instructions. If it does not, contact the organization that created your account and include the reason shown on the login screen.
Who can reactivate my account?
For accounts created by a flight school, employer, or other organization, that organization usually controls reactivation. FlightReady support cannot override an organization's access decision. If your account was not created by an organization, contact FlightReady support and include the inactive-account reason shown during login.
