Forgotten Username or Email
The email address associated with your account is required to reset your password. If you can't log in because you forgot which email you used, you will be permanently locked out of your account. The suggestions below may help you locate the correct email address:
Try your other email addresses
If you attempt to log in with an email address that is not associated with an account, the app will return a "User does not exist" error. Try logging in with different addresses you may have used in the past, including work or school emails. Keep in mind, you must have access to that email address in order to reset the password.
Search your inbox
When an account is created, we send a welcome email and other messages specific to the app or service. Try searching all of your email folders for "flightready."
Search your Apple Keychain
If you use iOS or macOS, your email and password may be stored in your Apple Keychain.
On iOS, open the Settings app and go to Passwords. Tap “App & Website Passwords” to search the saved credentials.
On a Mac, open the Keychain Access app from the Utilities folder. Use the search bar to look for "flightready."
Google Chrome users
If you use Chrome, your credentials may be saved in the browser. You can search your saved usernames and passwords using these instructions.
Check with your organization
If your account was created by a flight school or organization that uses FlightReady, they may be able to provide your login information or update your email address.
Why can't you tell me which email address I used to create my account?
We cannot look up your account by name or other information because the email address is usually the only unique identifier collected during account creation. Although some users provide a full name, many share the same name, making it impossible to identify an account reliably this way. Additionally, our privacy policy prohibits disclosing personal information except to the account owner. You must provide your email address to verify your identity.
The app says my email is incorrect, but I’m certain it’s the right one
If the app says the account doesn't exist, then there is no account associated with the email address entered. Double-check for typos, especially the domain—for example, entering "@gmail.com" instead of "@gmil.com."
