Forgot my password
If you forgot your password, enter your email address, then tap Reset Password. If an account is registered under that email, a verification email will be sent to that email address.
You must enter the correct email address associated with your account, and your account must have been confirmed. If you have never used your account, you must confirm it before attempting to change the password. To confirm a new account, follow the instructions in the welcome email. If you do not have access to that e-mail, please contact contact your school.
Forgot my username
Your username is the email address associated with your account. If you forgot your username, please contact your school.
App states that my account does not exist
The app will return an error that the account does not exist if:
- the email you entered is not associated with any account, or
- you have not confirmed the email address for your new account.
If you were issued a new account, and you have never used that account, you must first confirm the account by following the instructions in the welcome email that was sent to you. You cannot reset a password for an unconfirmed account. If you cannot locate the welcome email, please contact your school or flight department.
If you have used your account before, please make sure you are entering the email address correctly.
If you forgot the email associated with your account, please contact your school.
Did not receive a verification email
A verification email is sent when you confirm a new account or request to reset your password. This is to ensure that you have access to a valid email account. The email is automatically sent to the email address associated with your account, but may take a few minutes to arrive. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk mail filters.
Please note that our system only sends the email. It is up to your mail provider to deliver the email to your inbox. We cannot troubleshoot or fix issues with your email service, internet service, firewall, or network configuration.
Can't reset my password
You can only reset a password for an existing confirmed account. If the app returns an error during password reset, it is likely due to one of the following:
- You are trying to reset a password for an unconfirmed account. You must first confirm the account by following the instructions in the welcome email. If you do not have access to that e-mail, please contact your school or flight department.
- The email address you entered is not the email address associated with your account. If you do not remember that email address, please contact your school or flight department.
- The email address you entered is associated with a FlightReady account, but that account is not associated with your school. This is generally the issue when users create multiple FlightReady accounts.
A student or flight instructor is missing from the user list
All registered users associated with your organization appear in the available students list. If a person is missing from the student list it is likely because that person:
- does not have a FlightReady account with access to the app.
- has an account, but did not provide weight information.
- has an account, but the account is inactive.
A user will appear as an available flight instructor only if designated as a Flight Instructor in FlightReady TOM. A user who holds a role other than Flight Instructor (e.g., Class Manager, Ground Instructor) must be designated as a Flight Instructor before he or she will appear as an available instructor. If a user appears in the students list, but not in the instructors list, the issue is likely that the user has not been designated a flight instructor in TOM.
If a user is missing from the the students or flight instructors list, please contact your organization for assistance.
The app states that the weight & balance information I entered is incorrect
Please re-check your calculations. Also make sure that you are using the correct aircraft empty weight and balance in your calculations, as shown in the app.
App crashes
Most crashes can be resolved by deleting and reinstalling the app. If the app continues to crash after deleting and reinstalling, the issue may be corrupted flight or aircraft. Try using a different aircraft or a new flight. If the crash persists, please contact us via the support link below. When contacting us, you must provide detailed information so that we can duplicate the crash.
An aircraft is missing from the aircraft list
If an aircraft is missing, it is because it is not associated with your school, or because it has been made inactive by your school. If you need additional information, please contact your school for assistance.
Airport missing from airport list
If an airport is not listed, it is likely prohibited by your school or flight department. If you have questions about authorized airports, please contact your school.
Aircraft empty weight or CG is incorrect
Aircraft are managed by your school. If any information is incorrect, it must be corrected by your school.
