Account already exists for this purchase error

Each app or course purchase can only be used with one FlightReady account, identified by an email address. If you try to create a second account using a different email address, the app will return an error stating that the purchase is already registered to another account and will prompt you to log in with that account. The only resolution is to log in using the same email address used to create the original account.

As a security measure, an automated email is sent to the account holder when a second account attempt is detected. If you are the account holder, this email serves as a reminder of which email address to use when logging in.

Your purchase can be used across multiple devices, as long as you log in with the same account on each device. All your course progress and data are automatically synced across devices.

Why can't the app provide the email address of the other account?

Our privacy policy prohibits us from disclosing any user’s personal information, including email addresses, to third parties. The email address associated with the account is the only identifier and method of authentication. For more information, refer to this support article or review our privacy policy.

Instead of showing this information in the app, we send an automated email to the account holder. The inbox where you receive that message indicates the email address associated with your account. Use that email to log in.

What if I no longer have access to the email I used to create the account?

If you no longer have access to the email address used to create the account, we cannot verify your identity or provide access. Email is the only method used to authenticate account ownership.

If your school or employer uses FlightReady TOM to manage training or operations, you may be able to retrieve your login credentials through that organization.
